I just found out that the creators of the Avenger franchise drew inspiration from a pretty obscure sci-fi film called "Warriors of the Year 2072". I've only seen snippets of the movie, but it's supposed to be a low-budget flick with some crazy concepts that ended up influencing the Avengers universe. Anyone else heard of this movie or have any info on it?
