"Yandex.Ru Down for Many Users: Is it a Bug or a Hack?"

"Guys, just got a PM from my friend saying he can't access Yandex.ru right now and it's down for a bunch of other users too. Has anyone else noticed this? Trying to figure out if it's just a scheduled maintenance issue or something more serious like a hack..."

Yeah, I'm seeing the same issue, Yandex is down for me too. Just checked their socials and they're saying it's a planned maintenance, but I'm not buying it, feels too sudden for a scheduled downtime. Anyone get any updates on what's going on?
