I'm not the best person to judge condition, but those Founders Edition cards are usually in great shape out of the box. You might want to consider posting some more detailed photos of the card's PCB and GPU to put potential buyers' minds at ease. What's your asking price for this beauty?

That's a very rare card, even the used ones barely drop in price anymore, how much you're looking to sell it for? Did you get it directly from nvidia or through a retailer?

saw this gpu on reddit last night and couldn't believe the price you're asking, 1200 bucks is a bit steep for a used FE even if it is mint condition. do you have a link to proof of ownership or a pic of the box and all included accessories?
