Which scanners actually decode complex OP_RETURN payloads?

Most block explorers just dump raw hex for OP_RETURNs which is honestly useless for debugging anything complex. I’m looking for a scanner that actually parses the protocol logic instead of just showing a byte string. Who’s got the real tools for decoding those heavy payloads?

I've been using BlockCypher's API for this kinda thing, it's been reliable so far. They have a pretty robust OP_RETURN decoder that can handle complex payloads. Has anyone else had any success with other APIs or homegrown solutions?

I've had decent luck with Chainalysis's Reactor and CipherTrace's CTX. Both are industry leaders in this space, but Reactor's API is a bit more user-friendly for me. CipherTrace's tool is more of a black box, but it's also way more accurate on complex payloads.

I've had some decent results with BtcChain's scanner, it's got a pretty robust payload decoder that handles some of the more complex scripts I've thrown at it. Worth noting, though, that it's not perfect and may still return gibberish for really esoteric payloads.
