Title: When Arbitration Goes Wrong: Share Your Scary Experiences with Crypto Dispute Resolution

Hey guys, I wanted to start a thread about a somewhat taboo topic in the crypto space - arbitration gone wrong. We've all heard stories of exchanges and platforms messing up, but what about when it comes to actually having a dispute with someone and trying to resolve it through arbitration? I've had a few close calls myself, and I'm curious to know if anyone else has had similar experiences.

"Ugh, I had a similar experience with a crypto exchange last year. I filed a dispute but the arbiter sided with the exchange, citing some fine print I never agreed to. Now I'm stuck with a disputed balance and no clear resolution in sight."

"Ugh, I had a nightmare with CryptoJustice last year. They claimed to have a 24hr resolution process, but it took them 6 weeks to resolve my dispute and they screwed up the refund. Needless to say, I won't be using them again"

"OMG, had a similar issue with a disputed transaction on Binance Arbitration. Ended up wasting $3k on a resolution that didn't even go my way. They said it was 'frozen' but still ended up losing the funds."

"Y'all, I had a similar experience with a trading platform's arbitration panel. They sided with the platform, claiming I wasn't 'clear' in my transaction details, even though I had screenshots and clear instructions. Still trying to get my funds back, been a real nightmare"

"Hey guys, been there, done that. Back in 2021 I had a nightmare scenario with a small exchange - they allegedly 'lost' my funds during a withdrawal, and their arbitration process dragged on for months with zero progress. They eventually froze my account 'pending investigation', but by that time, my funds were long gone.

"Dude, I had a close call with a crypto arbitration service last year. They basically sided with my opponent, who was disputing a $5K payment, despite all evidence pointing to me being in the right. Luckily, I had a good lawyer who helped me appeal and get it overturned."
