Title: Weird Startup Funding Options for Crypto Enthusiasts

Hey guys, I've been dabbling in startup funding options lately and I came across some pretty unusual ones that I think would be a great fit for all you crypto enthusiasts out there. What about using your own cryptocurrency as collateral to secure a loan, for instance? Or how about using a prediction market to fund a startup - has anyone tried that?

"Just came across this startup that's offering a 'crypto-based timeshare' for their token holders. Essentially, you get a percentage of their revenue and a claim to some 'virtual real estate.' Not sure what to make of it, but it's definitely out of the box."

"Love this thread, been looking into some of these options myself. Has anyone here tried a security token offering (STO) or a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) funding model? Interested in hearing about others' experiences."

"Just saw this startup on Twitter that's doing a 'crypto mining hardware rental' model - kinda like renting a GPU instead of buying one. Not sure if it's legit but I'm considering investing a small amount to see how it plays out. Has anyone else heard about this?"

"Yo, has anyone explored the whole 'crypto yield farming' route? I've been hearing about some startups that offer high-yield investment opportunities through lending protocols like Aave or Compound. Anyone have any experience or leads on this?"

"Just stumbled upon a few options that I think are worth mentioning - some crypto companies are now accepting Dogecoin for funding, and others are using tokens from existing protocols like Binance's BNB. Not sure how mainstream these options are, but they're definitely alternatives to the usual USDC or BUSD. Has anyone else come across these unusual funding sources?"

"Lol what's with the 'weird' part? Sounds like they're trying to be edgy. Anyway, I've heard of some startups getting funded through DeFi lending platforms, anyone have experience with that?"
