"Alright devs, let's get the debate going. I've been weighing my options between VSCode and VS 2022 for a while now, and I'm curious to know what's been working for you all. From debugging to code completion, I want to know what features are deal-breakers or game-changers for each of these IDEs."

"Can't go wrong with VSCode tbh, it's lightweight and has a ton of extensions available. I was forced to use VS2022 for a project and while it's a beast for some tasks, it's way too bloated for my coding style. VSCode gets the win in my book."

"Been using VSCode for web dev and it's gotten me where I need to go, but recently started experimenting with .NET dev and VS2022 is a beast for that. VSCode extensions can't compete with the native integration in VS2022 IMO."
