"Hey guys, was just browsing through my old CS 1.6 and CSS files and stumbled upon some VAC-bypass and No-DVD tricks that were supposed to work back in the day. I know Valve cracked down hard on cheats, but has anyone managed to get these old tricks to still work? Wondering if anyone else has been able to run these games hack-free with the current Valve setup."

"Dude, I'm pretty sure these methods got patched out ages ago for CS 1.6. I've not seen anyone successfully use 'em in a while, even among the noobs. Anyone wanna share some newer, more legit guides for the classic games?"

"Dude, I'm pretty sure those VAC-bypass tricks are ancient history now. Valve's got some solid anti-cheat measures in place, so I wouldn't expect them to work. But if you're feeling nostalgic, go ahead and give it a shot, I guess."
