"Hey guys, I've had my account frozen once before and to be honest, the support team was pretty responsive. They sent me a clear email stating the reason and gave me a chance to resolve the issue, after which they lifted the freeze. Hope this is the case for everyone else."

"Just went through a similar situation last week, got my account locked for allegedly suspicious activity. Took a day to resolve and it was all a false flag. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?"

I personally had my account frozen for a week due to 'suspicious activity' and it turned out to be a false positive from a 2FA login attempt on my old phone. Can someone provide an updated FAQ on what triggers these freezes?"
