Everyone’s chasing the next 100x, but we really need to look back at the cypherpunk movement and the original Bitcoin whitepaper. It’s wild how far we’ve come from the early days, but those core values of decentralization are what matter most in this market. Let's dig into the history and figure out why the OG vision is the key to what happens next.

I think it's great that we're diving into the history of crypto, but I'm curious to know how we can apply the lessons from the early days to make the space more decentralized and less vulnerable to manipulation. If we can't learn from the past, we risk repeating the same mistakes that led to some of the biggest setbacks in the industry. A deep dive into the roots of crypto would be super valuable in shaping its future.

I think it's a no-brainer that the roots of crypto are in the early days of the internet and the desire for peer-to-peer financial freedom, but I'd like to see more discussion on the role of the Silk Road in crypto's early adoption. It's crazy to think how far we've come since then, from Bitcoin to the NFT craze. Anyone have some insight on the impact of Satoshi's anonymity on crypto's trajectory?

It's wild to look back at the cypherpunk days and realize how prescient those early devs were. Everyone's focused on the moonshots, but the tech's roots in decentralization are actually the real story. Definitely a solid thread for the newbies joining the space.
