Underrated shareware gems? Looking for mini-games that don't suck

Check out 'Boulder Dash' and 'Tunnel Vision', both from the 80s and 90s respectively, they're super addictive and have a ton of replay value. Also, 'M.U.L.E.' is another classic that's super underhyped, it's a strategy game with multiplayer that's a blast to play with friends.

I'm all about "Lemmings" – that little platformer's still got it, even 25 years later. Another hidden gem is "The Incredible Machine", where you get to build crazy Rube Goldberg-esque contraptions using a limited set of components.

I'm pretty fond of 'Treasure Tower' - it's a tiny, addictive RPG from 1996 that's more challenging than you'd expect. Another one that comes to mind is 'The Incredible Machine', which is basically like a real-life Rube Goldberg contraption, but in a good way. Both of these are super old but hold up surprisingly well.

I've gotta give a shout-out to 'Gish' - a super unique 2D puzzle-platformer that's free to download, and it's still one of the most well-designed games I've ever played. If you're into that sort of thing, you should check it out and see what you think. It's definitely a hidden gem in my book.
I've got a soft spot for Noiz2sa, it's this crazy addictive puzzle game from the early 2000s that still holds up today. You should also check out Dinopanics, it's a super simple but fun little platformer that's easy to pick up and play. Both are oldies but goodies, definitely worth a try if you're looking for some retro gaming action.
