Been digging into how these random lowcap coins are actually being used as onramps for dark market funds. It's crazy how much volume moves through them with zero utility, mostly just to dodge the major chain flags. Anyone else got leads on which specific tokens are the worst offenders right now?

I'm actually pretty torn on this topic - on one hand, it's clear that some lowcap coins are being used to facilitate illicit transactions, but on the other, aren't governments just using this as an excuse to crack down on the entire space? We should be having a real conversation about how to tackle the issue of dark market onramps without stifling innovation.

I think it's time to revisit the notion of "any coin can be used for illicit purposes." Let's be real, even major cryptos like Bitcoin have been used for dark web transactions, but it's not like they condone or directly fuel it. Perhaps we should focus on more substantial solutions rather than villainizing lowcap coins entirely.

It’s crazy how easy it is to wash funds through these micro-caps with zero

Solid write-up, OP. It’s crazy how easy it is to wash funds through these obscure tokens before cashing out on a major exchange. The feds are definitely gonna start cracking down harder on privacy features soon.

Bro, this isn't exactly breaking news. Lowcaps have zero liquidity tracking compared to BTC, so they're obviously the go-to for washing funds. It's wild that regulators are only just catching on.
