Hey guys, just came across a study on mailbox security and I'm blown away by some of the vulnerabilities they found in 2024. Apparently, attackers can exploit weak password practices and unsecured APIs to gain unauthorized access to mailboxes. Has anyone else seen this research or have any insights on how this can be mitigated?

Dude, this is some next-level stuff. I've been using VPNs and 2FA on my email, but I'm not sure if that's enough to prevent this type of attack. Can anyone else confirm if using PGP encryption is worth the hassle?

Not sure what the 'vulnerability' is in the title but I do know that Gmail just implemented 2FA by default for all login accounts, seems like a major step in enhancing security. Has anyone tried using a YubiKey for added verification?
