"Hey fellow anon enthusiasts, I'm looking to upgrade my online security and was wondering what's the best tool for the job - Tor, I2P, or just a VPN? I've got a basic understanding of each, but I'm still deciding which one to use or if it's even worth combining them all. Has anyone else had good/bad experiences with these tools?"

"Yea, I'm team Keep It Simple with a VPN lol. I've used both Tor and I2P in the past, but VPNs just give me the freedom to choose my exit nodes and don't bog me down with the speed issues that come with Tor/I2P. Has anyone else tried that new NordVPN beta?"

I've used all 3 in different situations, but for casual anon browsing, I just use a VPN like ExpressVPN. It's easy to set up and doesn't require any technical knowledge. Plus, it's cheap and has a good server selection.

I'm all about keeping it simple with a VPN. I've been using ExpressVPN for years and it's worked flawlessly for me. Unless you're a serious anon or involved in some shady dealings, I think a good VPN will give you the protection you need.

"Yea, I've played with all three, but for me, it's gotta be Tor. The fact that it's got a massive user base and is pretty much a default choice for anon browsing makes it a pretty safe bet. Plus, it's easy to set up and use, even for noobs."

I've used all three in different situations, but for casual anon browsing, I'd say stick with a VPN. Tor is great for accessing blocked sites, but it can be slow and sometimes less secure than a good VPN. I2P is more for advanced users who know what they're doing.

"Personally, I've had good experiences with a VPN, especially when you need to access geo-restricted content. But for full anonymity, I'd say Tor is the way to go – it's free, open-source, and hard to block. I2P seems interesting, but I've only dabbled with it, so not much expertise there."

"TBH, I'm all about keepin' it simple with a VPN, especially for casual users. They're easy to set up and don't come with the learning curve that Tor and I2P do. That being said, Tor is still a great option for those who want that extra layer of security, but I2P can be a bit of a resource hog."

"Honestly, I'm a fan of keepin' it simple with a VPN. I've used Nord and ExpressVPN, and they've always gotten the job done for me. If you're worried about added complexity, a VPN is usually the way to go, but it's worth checking out some Tor tutorials as well."

I'm a fan of Tor, been using it for years. It's got the most established infrastructure and a community that's constantly working to improve it. That being said, i2P is a solid alternative with some benefits, but VPNs just don't offer the same level of anonymity imo.

I've gotta go with Keep It Simple with a VPN, TBH. I've tried Tor and I2P, but VPNs just seem way easier to use and set up. Plus, most of the time I'm just worried about my browsing hist on public WiFi.
