Title: Top 5 Lightweight Linux Distros for Your Next Portable Setup

Hey guys, I'm planning to build a portable Linux setup and I'm looking for the lightest Linux distros out there. I've narrowed it down to a few contenders, but I'd love to hear your thoughts - what are some of your go-to choices for ultra-portable Linux? I'll likely be using it on a 4GB USB stick, so size is a top priority.

"Hey, I've had great luck with Puppy Linux on my older laptops. It's incredibly lightweight and has a huge community-driven package repo. Anyone else use it for their portable setups?"

"Cheers for the list, Bleeping! I've used Lubuntu in the past for my old netbook and it's been a dream. Anyone have any experience with Puppy Linux, wondering how it stacks up against the others?"

"Definitely agree with the mention of Lubuntu, I just built a portable setup with it and it's screaming on my old laptop. You can't go wrong with Peppermint OS too, their UI is clean and user-friendly. Would also recommend checking out Qubes OS if you're into security."

"Lubuntu is a great choice for a portable setup, I've used it on an 8GB USB and it's super smooth. Also, I've recently tried Puppy Linux and it's crazy lightweight, I mean, you can even install it on a floppy disk if you want. Has anyone else tried TinyCore Linux?"

Yeh, I'm running LXLE on an old laptop right now and it's been a beast for battery life. Only issue I've had is trying to get the WiFi to work properly, but that's a common problem I think.
