idk if this is cheating but i use the "hold position" command in the pause menu to hold my position while reloading or switching weapons, and it's saved my bacon so many times already. also, press shift to crouch while aiming in to get more stable shots. not sure if it's game-changing, but it's definitely a game-saver.
