Title: The Dark Side of HODLing: When Emotions Control Your Crypto Decisions

Hey guys, I wanted to kick off a convo about the flip side of HODLing. While it's great to have a long-term crypto strategy, I've noticed that getting too emotionally attached to a coin can be a recipe for disaster. Anyone out there experience a situation where their emotions led to a questionable crypto decision?

I feel you, been there myself. Sometimes when I'm HODLing, I catch myself checking prices every 5 minutes, just waiting for a breakout. But at the end of the day, gotta let the charts speak for themselves, not my emotions.
