"Hey everyone, I just got back from a crypto conference in the Bahamas and I'm still reeling from what I heard about the wealth disparities in the space. One wealthy investor was openly talking about how the crypto lifestyle can warp your perspective, making you prioritize wealth accumulation over relationships and even your own well-being. Has anyone else noticed this phenomenon?"

"Yeh, I've seen some crazy stuff in my crypto journey, guys. A friend of mine landed a big bag of XCN back in the day and it completely altered their perception of reality. They started believing they were above the law and would only invest in projects with the 'right' teams behind them."

"I feel like some of these rich crypto bros get tunnel vision, and the 'wealth effect' really takes over. They start acting like they're above the law, think their money can solve all problems, and forget what it's like to be normal people. That's a recipe for disaster, imo."

"Totally see what you're saying, OP. I had a friend who went from being a mid-level trader to a crypto millionaire and man, the change in attitude was crazy. He's still trading, but the hubris and FUDs he spews online is just wild."

"Totally agree, crypto wealth can be a recipe for disaster. I've seen friends get so caught up in their own success they start making reckless decisions, thinking they're above the law. It's like the phrase 'money corrupts' is literally written into the fabric of crypto culture."

"Lol, I feel you OP, I knew a guy who blew $100k on a Lambo and suddenly thought he was some kind of crypto god. But at the end of the day, it's easy to get caught up in the hype and forget what's really important."

"Preach, OP! I've seen it firsthand - the more crypto success you have, the more 'influencers' come out of the woodwork trying to 'help' you grow your wealth, whether it's through shady investments or get-rich-quick schemes. It's all about separating the pros from the pros... and the pros from the wannabes"
