Title: The Dark Side of Crypto Addiction: Are We Trading Our Mental Health for Digital Riches?

I've been thinking a lot about the crypto space lately, and it's become hard to ignore the elephant in the room - addiction. We all know someone who's been burned by FUD, only to jump back in with renewed hope after a pump. But what about the emotional toll it takes on our mental health?

"Totally agree with OP, been noticing a lot of friends who got heavily into crypto trading and now are stuck in a cycle of anxiety and FOMO. It's like they're chasing the next big gain instead of focusing on their own well-being. We need to talk more about the mental health risks of crypto, imo."

"Preach! I've seen so many people on here talk about HODLing through the tough times, but what about the mental toll it takes? I know I've spent countless nights stressing over a coin's price movements, and it's not healthy."
