Suzuki Swift Fuel Efficiency - Anyone Got Any Tips?

Hey all, just got a Suzuki Swift and I'm trying to squeeze out the best fuel efficiency from it. The manual says it should get around 45mpg but I'm averaging around 38mpg. Has anyone else got any tips or mods that can help me improve my mileage?
