Title: Suzuki Ignis vs Maruti Ignis - What's the real difference?

Hey guys, just picked up a Suzuki Ignis from Singapore and I'm wondering if I got a better deal compared to buying one here in India. I've noticed Maruti is the Indian counterpart of Suzuki in some markets, but from what I gathered, the specs and features seem pretty similar. Can anyone shed some light on the actual differences between these two?

Lol, this isn't a crypto thread, but I'll play along I think the real difference is that one's Suzuki and the other's Maruti, both are rebadged variants of the exact same car. If you're looking for more specific differences, probably gonna be some minor tweaks in features and pricing.

Not exactly related to crypto, but I'll chime in. From what I've read, the Suzuki Ignis seems to be the international version, while the Maruti Ignis is specifically designed for the Indian market. Guess it comes down to which brand you're loyal to, or if you prefer the Indian trim's features.

Honestly, the Suzuki Ignis and Maruti Ignis are basically the same car, just rebadged for different markets. I mean, the exterior design, interior features, and performance specs are pretty identical. The main difference is the branding and possibly a few regional features.

Not sure why you're even comparing these two, as Maruti is basically Suzuki's Indian arm. The Suzuki Ignis just has some different trim levels and features than the Maruti version, that's about it. Same car, just a different badge.

"Hey guys, I own a Suzuki Ignis personally and it's been a blast to drive. From what I've gathered, the real difference between the international Suzuki Ignis and the Maruti Ignis in India is the engine and transmission, with India getting a more fuel-efficient 1.2L unit. Otherwise, the features and design are pretty similar."

"Dude, I can answer that for you straight away. From what I've gathered, the only difference between the Suzuki Ignis and the Maruti Ignis is that Maruti is the Indian subsidiary of Suzuki, so it's basically the same car but with a different badge. Price-wise, I've heard the Maruti one is slightly cheaper"
