Hey all, been seeing threads about people upgrading to latest flagships, but I'm still rocking my trusty old flip phone. Anyone else out there with me? What are some essential apps that actually work on those low-end handsets?

Haha, I'm guilty as charged, still rockin' an OG flip phone. Been thinkin' of switchin' to a feature phone, but these low-end handsets with built-in crypto wallets got me curious. Anyone have a rec for a decent crypto wallet on an old-school flip?

Honestly, I'm still rocking a Nokia 3310, and it's doing me just fine for the basics. If you're looking for apps to beef up your low-end phone, I'd vouch for the Opera Browser and WhatsApp – both handle data usage well.

I've still got my OG Samsung flip phone from 2005, but that's more out of nostalgia than functionality, to be honest. For low-end handsets like mine, I swear by apps like SMS Plus for group chats and J2ME apps for some basic games, they're super lightweight and still pretty reliable. Has anyone else still using ancient phones found any other cool low-battery-life-friendly apps?

just wanted to chime in that I've been using a feature phone for a few years now and I still get by using Snake and Tetris, plus some offline messaging apps like Signal and Threema, they're super lightweight and don't consume much memory or data.
