"Solving the Block Puzzle, Anyone?"

Hey guys, I've been playing around with the block puzzle on my phone and I'm stuck. It's not about being good at puzzles, I just can't seem to find an efficient way to solve it. Has anyone else tried this or figured out a strategy to beat it?
