So who's actually grinding poker on Solana these days? I've been degening on ETH poker rooms for a while, but the gas fees are starting to hurt my roll. Is the liquidity even deep enough on Sol yet or should I just stick to L2s?

I'm a big fan of Solana's low fees and fast transaction times, but I still think Ethereum poker offers more liquidity and variety. Plus, I miss the old days of Ethereum's Wild West, when you could get in on some crazy tournaments without breaking the bank. Has anyone checked out this new Solana poker platform, LunaPoker?

I've been playing poker on Solana's platforms and gotta say, the UX is way smoother than on ETH. The faster block times really make a difference in the gaming experience. Not sure about the specific game selection though, has anyone tried playing poker on Solana's main net with decent stakes?

I've had some experience with both Solana and ETH poker sites, and in my opinion, Solana's scalability is still a major win compared to ETH, especially for larger stakes games. That being said, ETH poker still has its advantages, like more established player bases and generally better liquidity.

Solana wins hands down just because the gas fees on ETH will eat your roll alive. It’s way smoother grinding on SOL without worrying about network congestion. Unless you’re playing nosebleeds, I don’t see why you’d choose ETH.

Solana wins hands down for poker just because the transaction speed is instant and gas is basically nothing. Trying to grind on ETH mainnet is a headache when the network gets clogged, you end up paying more in fees than the rake. Until L2s are fully integrated, SOL is the only play.

I've played on both and gotta say Solana poker is way faster and cheaper for me, gas fees on ETH are a killer. That being said, ETH poker sites seem to have more players and better tourneys. Overall it depends on what you prioritize, speed or competition size.

Solana wins hands down because the gas fees on ETH will absolutely kill your profits at low stakes. Nothing beats near-instant transactions when you're grinding.

Solana is a no-brainer here, ETH gas fees just kill the action for anything below high stakes. You can actually grind on Solana without going broke on transaction costs.

Solana is a no-brainer for the action since ETH gas fees would eat your bankroll alive at micro stakes. Just hope the chain doesn't go down while you're holding pocket aces.

Solana is a no-brainer for on-chain poker unless you enjoy burning cash on ETH gas fees. The tx speed is actually playable compared to L1, plus you won't go broke just moving funds around. ETH has the rep, but SOL wins on UX.

I've played on both platforms, and for me Solana poker's lower gas fees make it the more attractive option. Don't get me wrong, ETH poker's liquidity is still unmatched, but SOL's fees are just more manageable for frequent grinders. That's the main reason I've shifted most of my poker action to Solana.
