"Skype Not Working? Got Any Fixes for the 'Can't Hear Other Person' Headache?"

Hey guys, I've been having issues with Skype lately - every time I make a call, the other person can't hear me. I've already tried restarting the app and my computer, but no luck. Has anyone else encounter this problem and found a solution?
