"Hey guys, I've been using both Signal and Telegram for a while now, and I gotta say, Signal's got some serious perks when it comes to security. I mean, the end-to-end encryption is solid, and the app's way more lightweight than Telegram. But, I've seen some users mention that Signal's group chats can be kinda clunky - has anyone else had any issues with that?"

"Personally, I'm team Signal all the way. Their end-to-end encryption is top-notch and it's free from all the ads and spam I see on Telegram. Can't go wrong with a project backed by Open Whisper Systems."

I'm team Signal all the way. It's end-to-end encryption is hard to beat, and the fact that it's a non-profit org makes me feel way more secure about my data. Don't see any reason to switch to Telegram, Signal's got this!

I got a clear winner here - Signal, no question. The Open Whisper Systems team has always been about end-to-end encryption and transparency, whereas Telegram's had its fair share of questionable choices (hello, secret chats with no encryption). Hands down, Signal's the better pick for a secure chat.
