"Hey y'all, I'm looking to help out some newer miners who wanna set up a secure and efficient mining rig. I'll be sharing a step-by-step guide on how to build a rig from scratch, considering power consumption, cooling, and hardware selection. Stay tuned for the first part, and let me know what you're interested in learning!"

Just wanted to chime in that you should also consider a good UPS (uninterruptible power supply) to keep your rig running during power outages or brownouts. And don't forget to dust your rig regularly to prevent overheating. Also, which CPU and GPU combos are people recommending for new mining rigs?

"Just wanted to add, make sure you're using a reliable power supply that can handle the rig's draw. I've seen some noob miners fry their rigs with underpowered PSUs Don't be that guy."

Yooo, just wanna chime in. Don't forget to secure your mining rig to the wall, we don't want it crashing down and blowing out all our hardware. Also, make sure you're using some decent power supplies and a good quality motherboard, or you'll be raking in pennies instead of profits.

"Yo, great thread OP! Make sure to secure your rig in a well-ventilated area, we don't want any overheating issues down the line. Also, don't skimp on the power supply, an 850W one is a must for most mining rigs."
