"Russia's Hidden Libraries: Free eBooks and Resources Unlocked"

Yo guys, I just stumbled upon this crazy website that's got an insane collection of free ebooks on advanced topics like machine learning, quantum physics, and even some rare Russian literature in English translation. Apparently, it's hidden in plain sight, part of Russia's national library system, but you need a specific VPN or proxy to access it. Anybody else know about this?

Just a heads up, I'm pretty sure I came across some of these e-libraries on the dark web before they got taken down. Not saying it's the best idea to venture into those parts, but if anyone's interested, I can try to send a PM with some leads.
