rtl160.bpl is missing!

I got this error message when I try to open rave designer page from RAD XE2.

How can I fix it? I try reinstall Rave for XE2 but It can't solved this problem.

How can I do that?

After I retest several times, I think it may be effected from installing some component (I think Fast Report with its recompiler).

rtl160.bpl must be in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\9.0\bin\
Check it

"Hey, I just checked my Delphi install and it looks like rtl160.bpl is included by default. Can you try reinstalling Delphi or checking your component palette to see if it's just hidden or not? Maybe it'll resolve your issue"
