Hey guys, what's good? I'm getting back into some old-school gaming and I'm on the hunt for the ultimate emulator for my classics. I've been messing around with Dolphin for the N64 and PCSX-R for PS1, but I'm curious - what's the go-to emulator for other retro consoles like the SNES, Genesis, and Game Boy?

Dude, RetroPie on Raspberry Pi is still King for me - can't beat the nostalgic feel of playing old games on a retro console. Anyone else using it or is there a newer, better emulator out there I'm missing? Been using it for YEARS and it still rocks.

I'm kinda surprised nobody's mentioned Mupen64+, it's hands down the best N64 emulator out there for PC, I've been using it for years and it just works flawlessly. Also, has anyone checked out RetroArch, it's a front-end that can run all sorts of emulators and I've had some decent results with it on my raspberry pi.
I've been using RetroArch on my Android device with the libretro cores, it's insane how well it runs on some of those old systems, I've got a whole collection of vintage consoles emulated on my phone. The only downside is battery drain, gotta keep it plugged in when I'm marathon gaming. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best PS1 emulation core?
