Retail trickling back in '25 - who's actually hiring to handle the traffic?

Normies are finally waking up for '25, but I'm wondering if the infra is actually ready for another bull run. Seems like every exchange and dApp needs to scale support and ops ASAP or we're gonna see another cycle of rage tweets. Who's aggressively hiring right now to handle the onboarding rush?

I've been keeping an eye on the job postings, and I saw that FNB (First National Bank) in South Africa is looking to hire a bunch of sales and customer support staff to cope with the growing demand. They're also looking for some dev ops folks to help with their blockchain and crypto integration, which is probably a sign that they're getting serious about adoption. Anyone have any connections in SA that could get us some insight on what's going on over there?

I saw that Binance announced a bunch of new hires in their support and customer success teams last quarter, so maybe they're gearing up for the retail influx. Anyone know if Huobi is hiring in the same vein? I heard they're revamping their infrastructure to handle increased traffic.

I've heard that some of the bigger exchanges like Binance and Coinbase are looking to expand their customer support teams, but I've also seen a lot of smaller outfits trying to get in on the action, so it'll be interesting to see how they handle increased traffic. I'm actually applying to work as a support rep at a smaller exchange myself, so fingers crossed I'll be able to give them a try in the near future.

I've heard rumors that Coinbase is gonna be ramping up their support staff to deal with the influx, but idk if that's just speculation. Saw a tweet from a recruiting firm saying they're working with a few major exchanges to fill customer service roles, so maybe that's a lead worth exploring. Either way, it's gonna be a wild ride if retail comes flooding back in like everyone's predicting.

Most of the big exchanges are quietly bulking up support and compliance right now. If history repeats, the infra teams usually see the volume spike way before the retail moon boys arrive.

The big CEXs are quietly beefing up support teams so they don't get wrecked when volume spikes. If you're technical, plenty of DeFi protocols are still hunting for Solidity wizards. Just watch out for those sketchy "yield" recruiter scams lol.

Everyone is quietly staffing up support and DevOps right now because they aren't waiting for the mania to hit. If traffic pops off like everyone's predicting, most current infra is gonna get absolutely wrecked without extra hands. You know the big dogs are already prepared for the surge.

Everyone’s posting "we’re hiring" on X but the interviews are still slow. Honestly, the big CEXs are the only ones actually scrambling to bulk up support right now.

Most CEXs are still running lean until the volume is undeniable, but I’ve seen a few DeFi protocols looking for dev help. They're probably just trying to secure the tech so they don't get wrecked when the normies finally flood in.

The big CEXs are quietly bulking up support teams and infra devs to prep for the normie wave. Seen tons of customer ops listings on LinkedIn this past week alone. Gotta clear the tickets before the FOMO really hits.
