Regulators, are you blind to the looming ASIC supply‑chain choke point?

It’s wild that regulators are obsessing over energy while ignoring how two manufacturers hold the whole network hostage via hardware bottlenecks. We’re looking at a massive centralization risk if the supply chain sneezes, and no one in power seems to care. Am I the only one seeing this cliff edge?

I'm still shocked regulators haven't addressed this yet, it's not even a new concern, we've been warning about it for years. The lack of oversight has allowed this situation to spiral out of control and now we're facing a potentially crippling shortage of chips for miners. The clock is ticking and it's only a matter of time before we see widespread shutdowns.

Honestly, they’re always a few steps behind the tech. They’re too busy chasing exchanges to realize how the hardware bottleneck is centralizing the whole network.

Bro, most regulators can't even explain what an ASIC does, so expecting them to see this coming is a joke. They only wake up when the market implodes.

Regulators are always a step behind, just watching the charts while the infrastructure centralizes. By the time they realize what's happening, the monopoly will already be set in stone.
