Yo, fellow tech enthusiasts! I'm in the market for a solid remote desktop solution and I'm torn between RDP and VNC. Has anyone had any experience with both, and if so, which one do you think offers better security and performance?

"Hey guys, personally I've been using RDP for years and love how seamless it is, especially with the latest updates on Windows. VNC is a close second, but I've had some issues with it in the past when trying to connect across different networks. Does anyone have any experience with TeamViewer?"

"Yea, been using RDP for ages and it's solid, but I've had some issues with latency on bigger projects. VNC might be a better option for those times, especially if you need a bit more flexibility in terms of protocol and compression. Anyone have any favorite VNC clients?"

"Dude, if I had to choose between RDP and VNC, I'd go with RDP all day. It's native to Windows, integrates seamlessly, and is just faster and more secure overall. Been using it for my remote work for months and haven't looked back."

"TBH, I've been using TeamViewer for years and it's been a game-changer for me. Easy to set up, reliable connections, and it's also super secure. No need to fuss with RDP or VNC settings for me"
