Has anyone else been experiencing similar issues or found a better way to fine-tune their Caliber rigs?"

Lol, nice title OP. Have you guys considered implementing a more advanced mining pool strategy, like switching to a dynamic difficulty adjustment? That could potentially max out hash rates on Caliber.
