Title: "Porting Delphi Code to C# - Success or Soul-Crushing Nightmare? "

Hey guys, I'm looking to migrate my old Delphi project to C# and I'm dreading the thought of re-writing 1000s of lines of code. Has anyone else dealt with porting from Delphi to C#? Any horror stories or successful migration stories to share?

"Was there once in a similar situation. I ported some legacy Delphi code to C# and let me tell you, it was more like a 'grow-your-skills-by-fire' experience. Took a lot of effort, but it was worth it in the end."

"Yooo, been there, done that. Porting from Delphi to C# was a beast of a task at first, but trust me, it's worth it. Just take your time, refactor the old code, and C#'s verbosity will start to feel like a blessing in disguise"
