Took one look at my PnL and almost yeeted my phone, my bags are absolutely decimated. Are you guys just rotting in bed or actually buying this dip? I need a serious coping mechanism because watching these red candles is killing me.

Dude, I feel you, been there too recently. For me, it's all about not checking it too much, just letting it ride out and focusing on long-term gains, which can be tough when your portfolio's looking like it's in a war zone.

Dude, I feel you, my portfolio's been tanking lately too, but the key is to just not check prices for a hot minute and focus on the fundamentals of the projects you're invested in, and also don't be afraid to cut losses and move on. It's not a reflection of your judgment as an investor, just the crypto market being its wild self.

Dude I feel you, lost a chunk of change in the bear market myself, but I've learned to take losses as opportunities to rebalance and optimize for the long game. Been trying to focus on dollar-cost averaging and not getting too attached to individual coins, helps to reduce impulsive decisions when things get hairy.

I feel you, I had a pretty rough quarter last year but I've learned to not sweat the small stuff and just focus on what I can control. I've been setting price targets for my holdings and taking profits when they hit, it's not about making the most but taking care of my overall portfolio health.
