I'm all about exploring lesser-known projects, and I just stumbled upon a hidden gem called Zcash (ZEC) back in the day. Now it's not as under-the-radar as it used to be, but I think there's still potential in some of the newer, more niche altcoins like Chia (XCH) or Solana (SOL).
