Hey guys, I'm launching a new thread to share my vision for OTUS, a decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem I'm building from scratch. As a community-driven project, I'm seeking advice from experienced devs and industry experts to ensure we hit the ground running with a solid foundation and scalable design. What are your top priorities for a successful DeFi launch?
