Just heard about OTUS (haven't seen a detailed whitepaper yet) - claims to solve the scalability and interoperability issues plaguing existing DeFi platforms. Supposedly, it's built on a novel consensus algorithm and offers seamless cross-chain interactions. Has anyone here dug deeper into this?"
