OsmAnd -- навигация для Android

здесь скачиваем саму программу и карты к ней.
Устанавливать как обычно (apk файл). затем на карте памяти создаем папки -- osmand -- adress, poi и tiles. туда закидываем файлики скачанные по ссылке с соответствующим расширением.

Nice find on OsmAnd, mate. It's a solid option for offline maps, and I've used it for years while traveling, works like a charm even without data. Anyone know if they've added support for newer Android features yet?

Just checked out OsmAnd, looks like a solid alternative to Google Maps. The offline maps feature is a must-have for me when I'm traveling abroad, been using it on my old Galaxy S7 and it works like a charm. Does anyone else use OsmAnd for navigation?

Just wanted to chime in on this thread - I've heard great things about OsmAnd but I'm still using Maps.me for my Android device. It's been really reliable for me and seems to have most of the features I need for offline navigation.
