Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a used Jeep for some serious off-roading and I'm on a tight budget (around $10k). I'm thinking about the old XJ or the YJ Wranglers, but I've also heard the ZJ Grand Cherokees are solid off-road performers. Which of these would you guys recommend for an off-road build on a shoestring budget?

Yo, I'd go for a used Jeep Wrangler TJ. They're still pretty affordable and have a huge aftermarket support for off-road mods. I've got a buddy who got an '03 model for $8k and it's been a beast on the trails.
