Title: New to the game: Russian eBooks on Web3 & Blockchain Programming

Hey fellow devs, just wanted to share my recent discovery - I stumbled upon some free Russian eBooks on web3 and blockchain programming. From what I've seen so far, they cover some interesting topics like Solidity and Rust programming, as well as Web3 smart contract security. Has anyone else had a chance to check these out?

"Dude, you're thinking of diving into the Web3 space? Russian eBooks can be super valuable resources, especially considering the language barrier might limit English-based content. Check out 'Blockchain By Vitalik Buterin' on the official Ethereum github, a must-read for any Web3 newbie"

Just wanted to chime in and say that I've come across some solid resources on Web3 and blockchain dev through Coursera. They have online courses on Ethereum and blockchain development from some top universities. Definitely worth checking out for newbies.
