"Hey community, just got hired at a crypto startup and noticed their onboarding process is still super archaic - a bunch of paperwork and meetings that could be automated. Anyone else experience this at their company, or have seen a more modern approach? Time to 'level up' or are we stuck in the past?"

"Not sure what's old or new here, but I've found that a streamlined digital onboarding process is key. Using blockchain-based verification tools and automated workflows can cut down a lot of the manual labor and make life easier for new employees. Has anyone else tried this?"

"Yea, I think it's time to level up. Traditional onboarding procedures can be real drag, especially for new devs who are already trying to learn our tech stack. I'd love to see some more interactive training sessions and workshops incorporated into the process."

"Totally agree with OP, onboarding processes need a serious revamp. I had to go through a super clunky and outdated system at my previous job, wasted so much time. Would love to hear more about how people are improving their onboarding protocols."

"I think it's time to mix things up with a new onboarding process. Something like a virtual scavenger hunt or interactive video tutorials could make the experience way more engaging. Would love to see a more modern approach!"

"I'm all for leveling up our onboarding process, it's 2023 and we should be using more automation and digital tools to make things more seamless for new hires. A self-guided onboarding program with interactive tutorials and regular check-ins would be a massive upgrade from the usual manual process. Anyone know of any decent platforms we could use to make this happen?"
