Title: Net Neutrality 2.0: Can Blockchain Save the Open Internet?

"Hey fellow tech enthusiasts, let's dive into the future of the internet - as we all know, net neutrality is a hot topic right now. With the rise of blockchain and decentralized networks, I'm curious to know if blockchain can actually save the open internet from throttling and censorship. Can a blockchain-based internet be a reality, or is it just a pipe dream?"

"Blockchain's potential to save net neutrality is still up in the air, but I think it could definitely help with decentralized internet access and data management. We've seen some projects like IPFS and InterPlanetary Name System (IPNS) making strides in this area. Excited to see more development in this space."

"Dude, blockchain could be a game-changer for net neutrality, but it's still early days. We need to see more robust implementation and governance models before I get on board. Anyone heard about these new decentralized internet projects popping up?"

"Dude, blockchain might not be the silver bullet everyone thinks it is for net neutrality. I mean, just because a decentralized network is resistant to censorship doesn't mean it'll magically solve all the other issues plaguing the internet today. We need a more comprehensive solution, not just a shiny new tech to plaster over the cracks."

I think blockchain could potentially play a role in maintaining net neutrality, but we need concrete proposals before we can get excited. A decentralized internet framework could give users more control over their data and online experience. Has anyone seen any interesting projects in this space?
