"Hey fellow tech enthusiasts, let's dive into the future of the internet - as we all know, net neutrality is a hot topic right now. With the rise of blockchain and decentralized networks, I'm curious to know if blockchain can actually save the open internet from throttling and censorship. Can a blockchain-based internet be a reality, or is it just a pipe dream?"

"Dude, blockchain might not be the silver bullet everyone thinks it is for net neutrality. I mean, just because a decentralized network is resistant to censorship doesn't mean it'll magically solve all the other issues plaguing the internet today. We need a more comprehensive solution, not just a shiny new tech to plaster over the cracks."
