"Need legit Garry's Mod cheater sources for noobs, help a friend out!"

Yo guys, need some help here. Got a friend who's a noob in Garry's Mod and wants to get into some online multiplayer, but can't quite figure out how to get the good stuff (cheats). Any legit sources for cheats or aimbots or whatever that won't get us banned would be a huge help, thanks!
