My Mazda CX-5 Just Got Hacked (Sort Of)... What Happened?

Hey guys, just got back from a weird experience with my new Mazda CX-5 and I'm trying to figure out what happened. Apparently, when I was connected to the car's infotainment system via my phone, it was somehow accessing and streaming my entire Spotify account without me even asking it to. Anyone have any idea if this is a glitch or a cybersecurity issue?
