Elon’s constant crypto shilling has everyone glued to the charts, but is this actually a legit shakeup for the auto industry or just the greatest marketing play ever? It feels like the hype outweighs the utility right now, but the man definitely knows how to move markets. Curious if you guys think this is a genuine disruption or just another pump cycle.

I think it's a bit of both, Musk's been throwing around some major FUD in the past but also some genuine innovative ideas, like this new crypto-powered loyalty program for Tesla owners, so hard to tell what's real and what's just hype. Maybe he's trying to disrupt the auto industry but also create some new revenue streams for the company at the same time. At the end of the day, it's working for him, so I'm not complaining.

I think it's a bit of both tbh, Musk knows how to create a buzz with his tweets but the Dogecoin support was actually a pretty bold move considering the market volatility at the time. It's hard to tell if he's just trying to get people talking about Tesla or genuinely believes in crypto's potential to disrupt the auto industry. Either way, it's definitely changed the conversation around crypto adoption in a major way.

I think Musk's crypto moves are more about creating a buzz and generating brand interest rather than revolutionizing the auto industry, but hey, if it works, right? The Dogecoin stunt was genius marketing, but I'm not convinced his 'genuine disruption' claims hold much water. Let's see how the industry responds when the novelty wears off.

I think it's a bit of both. Elon's got the auto industry in a frenzy, and the hype is definitely creating a buzz around crypto adoption, but I'm not convinced he's genuinely committed to making it a thing in Tesla's ecosystem. Either way, it's got people talking, which can't be bad for business.

Let’s be real, it’s mostly just marketing noise to pump the bags. I highly doubt crypto is gonna actually disrupt how Teslas are built or sold anytime soon. The man just loves watching the charts react to a single tweet.
