Thinking about jumping into middle-manning P2P deals to snag some easy fees, but I'm paranoid about getting rugged or flagged by banks. Is the extra income actually worth the risk of getting caught in the crossfire of a dispute? Curious if you vets think it’s a solid play or just a massive headache.

I've done some trading as a broker in the past and my experience is mixed, I made some good trades but also got burned a few times when a client failed to pay up, it's a delicate balance between making a profit and mitigating risk. If you're considering acting as a broker, I'd recommend thoroughly vetting your clients and setting clear terms of service upfront to minimize potential losses.

Honestly, I think acting as a middle-man trader can be worth the risk if you're knowledgeable about the market and can execute trades quickly, but it's a tough spot to be in - you're on the hook if the trade falls through. I've seen some people do it and make a nice profit, but I've also seen others get burned. If you're going to try it, make sure you're not getting caught in a bad spot.

I've been involved in some middle-man trades in the past and for me it's all about the network and connections you have, if you can get a good price on a trade and then flip it for a profit, it's worth the risk, but if you're just trying to act as a middle-man for the sake of it, you're probably going to lose out.
