"Hey guys, I'm always on the lookout for ways to squeeze out max FPS without overspending. My current build is starting to lag behind, and I'm looking to upgrade without taking out a second mortgage. Has anyone got some budget-friendly hacks to share for a mid-range gaming setup?"

"Lol @ 'budget gaming build hacks'... I'd say the biggest hack is using last gen GPU's that are heavily discounted now. A used GTX 1660 Super can still handle 1080p 144fps easily, and you can snag one for under 200 bucks."

"Y'all, I just built a rig on a tight budget and I'm getting 140 FPS on 1440p with a Ryzen 5 5600x and a GTX 1660 Super. One hack I used was overclocking my RAM to 3600MHz, which was a $30 improvement. Anyone else have any sweet budget gaming builds?"

"Hey guys, just a thought on GPUs - if you're not planning on playing 4K or super high refresh rates, consider last-gen cards like the 3070 or 3080. They still hold up super well and you can score them for a steal on the secondary market. Saved me a few hundred bucks on my last build"

"Dude, I'm loving the idea of using a used graphics card with a newer CPU. I just scored a GTX 1660 for like $100 from a friend who upgraded - paired it with a Ryzen 5 5600X and I'm getting silky smooth 144fps on most games. Anyone else have any sweet build hacks to share?"

"Hey guys, just wanted to throw in my 2 cents - I recently built a gaming PC with a Ryzen 5 5600 and a 3060 Ti, and I'm able to run BFV at ultra settings at 144 FPS without breaking the bank. I also recommend looking into power supplies with a good wattage-to-PSU ratio for a future-proof build. Anyone got any other tips for keeping costs low while getting high FPS?"
